I connected this morning to find out that everything was deleted and that I had to start back from the beginning. I was at chapter 30. This game was a waste of time. Im deleting it from my phone. Do yourself a favor and get another game instead of this one!!

Update--Thank-you for fixing the issue below and restoring the game. Well done. After playing for months, I just lost all of my progress!!! I only had about 6-8 squares left. Can you even fix this?? I would NEVER start it all again!!!

Cant actually use the app because it continuously crashes. Useless and frustrating.

Best Hidden Object Game Ive come across!! And Ive tried over a dozen. Additionally great bcuz you get to buy buildings, foliage, etc. & build on your own private island. So many buildings & items to choose from including holiday themes. They even have storage chests so you can keep changing the items youve bought! How smart! Its like 2 games in one. Never any problems with wi-fi, losing connections or gameplay in the 9 mths Ive been playing. Only once an Update problem & they 100% fixed the issue in 1 day. I play free several times a day & never have had to purchase anything!! The ads are acceptable, after all, Im playing for free!! The graphics are outstanding!! Very realistic looking not cutesy or childlike. Im continually amazed at how lifelike things are! Lots of hidden object games you just find things. Not here, they have a wonderful & mature storyline!! Often they have special challenges or mini games. Highly recommend!

I am totally screwed. I got a new phone and lost my settings. I was at level 53 and I dont want to start over. Your support option doesnt help at all I was at level 52!!!!!!!! Im not starting again. Please reset my game to before your update. Im not on Facebook and never will be and feel that sharing my gaming with the world is a total intrusion into my leisure. Fix you spectacular blunder. Im so pleased you have remedied your mistake. I love this game. I have learned about places I never knew. Love the era of this game. Your story is almost always shocking and Pearl is like my girlhood heroine Nancy Drew but grown up and fabulous. Thank you Wooga.

I Love your game and am a bit addicted. However I have saved up twice for items that accidentally got deleted from my world. This makes me VERY sad. How can I get them back? They were my volleyball court and the tree with the slide. They were my two favourite items. Please help me. My player name is Doobbee Im on badge 452. And I do have enough coins to pay for the items again if they were made available for purchase. Thank you.
